Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Support therapists and nurses by setting up and preparing rehabilitation equipment and treatment areas.
  • Monitor patients during activities, reporting any changes in condition or concerns to the nursing or therapy staff.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients, fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere.
  • Assist with basic patient care tasks as delegated and trained, adhering strictly to care plans.
  • Perform light administrative duties such as organizing patient files or scheduling support.
