Key Responsibilities
- Perform various physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials and equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods.
- Assist skilled tradespeople and operators with their tasks as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, facilities, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform general maintenance duties as assigned.
- Support inventory management by organizing and moving stock.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a general labour, warehouse, or construction setting.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
