Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full music production lifecycle from concept to final master, including composition, arrangement, recording, mixing, and mastering.
- Collaborate with artists, vocalists, and instrumentalists to bring musical visions to life.
- Manage recording sessions, ensuring high-quality audio capture and performance.
- Utilize Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) and audio plugins effectively for creative sound design and production.
- Provide constructive feedback and direction to musicians and sound engineers.
- Ensure all produced music adheres to project timelines, budgets, and creative briefs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of music production trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Oversee the quality control of all audio assets before final delivery.
- Work independently and as part of a remote team, communicating effectively through digital channels.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Music Producer or similar role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard DAWs (e.g., Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, FL Studio).

- Expertise in mixing and mastering techniques.
