Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications.
- Inspect items for quality, damage, or discrepancies before packaging.
- Apply appropriate labels, including shipping and product identification labels, clearly and correctly.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring items are securely and safely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Load and unload materials and products manually or using basic material handling equipment, as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to a supervisor.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic literacy skills to read and interpret labels, instructions, and order forms.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during a shift.
