Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during day shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools to ensure first-contact resolution.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits; follow up diligently to ensure full resolution.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and accurately file documents within the CRM system.
- Strictly follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to maintain service consistency.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers, anticipate their needs, and build sustainable relationships of trust.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and problem resolution.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to confidently answer all customer questions and provide expert advice.
Required Skills
- Proven customer support experience (minimum 1 year in a similar role).
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French (bilingualism is mandatory for this role).
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively to different types of customer personalities and situations.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a busy environment.

- Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications.
