As a General Laborer, you will be an integral part of our demolition crews, working alongside experienced professionals to safely and efficiently dismantle structures, clear sites, and prepare them for new development. Key Responsibilities
- Safely assist in the demolition of structures under supervision.
- Clear debris and maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Operate basic hand and power tools (e.g., sledgehammers, pry bars, grinders) following training.
- Strictly adhere to all company and OSHA safety regulations and procedures.
- Perform general site cleanup, including sweeping, shoveling, and waste disposal.
- Assist skilled tradespersons and operators with tasks as needed.
- Ensure proper segregation, handling, and disposal of various waste materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and site management.
- Help maintain tools and equipment in good working order through regular cleaning and basic checks.
- Support site logistics by moving materials to designated areas.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
