Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor assigned production machinery according to standard operating procedures to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Conduct pre-operation checks, adjustments, and minor calibrations to machinery as required.
- Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Perform routine quality control checks on products throughout the manufacturing process, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions and perform minor preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including quantities produced, machine settings, and any operational issues encountered.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow and problem resolution.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance operational skills and knowledge of new equipment or processes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.

- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
