Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of luxury apartment homes and community amenities to prospective residents.
- Actively respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, and nurture relationships to convert prospects into residents.
- Process lease applications, prepare lease agreements, and ensure all move-in documentation is accurate and complete.
- Maintain high occupancy rates through proactive leasing strategies, renewals, and effective market research.
- Develop and execute creative marketing initiatives to attract new residents to our luxury properties.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and local area information relevant to luxury housing.
- Organize and participate in resident events to foster a strong sense of community and enhance resident retention.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in a leasing, sales, or customer service role, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and excellent closing skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience specifically within luxury residential leasing or high-end sales.
- Active Minnesota Real Estate Salesperson License or willingness to obtain one.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Fluency in a second language, enhancing service to a diverse clientele.
