Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery (manual, semi-automatic, automatic) efficiently and safely.
  • Perform routine equipment setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
  • Load raw materials, such as containers, labels, and packing inserts, onto production lines.
  • Inspect finished products and packaging for quality defects, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Ensure accurate labeling and product counts, verifying against production orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures.
  • Accurately record production data, including output, downtime, and material usage, and complete relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve production targets and maintain workflow.

Required Skills

  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination for handling products and operating machinery.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a factory environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
