Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery (manual, semi-automatic, automatic) efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine equipment setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
- Load raw materials, such as containers, labels, and packing inserts, onto production lines.
- Inspect finished products and packaging for quality defects, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Ensure accurate labeling and product counts, verifying against production orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures.
- Accurately record production data, including output, downtime, and material usage, and complete relevant documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve production targets and maintain workflow.
