Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and engage customers upon entry, offering assistance and product information to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and preferences, skillfully recommending suitable products or services that align with their requirements.
  • Accurately process transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and gift cards with efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are inviting.
  • Assist with merchandising efforts, including stocking shelves, arranging products, and creating attractive and engaging visual displays.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve minor concerns, and escalate more complex issues to management as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively learn and master product features, benefits, and current promotions to confidently articulate value to customers.
  • Contribute to achieving both individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective selling techniques.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a secure and professional work environment.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to continuously enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service expertise.
