Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Extract and manipulate large datasets from various sources using SQL to support ad-hoc analysis and ongoing reporting needs.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and analyses.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data models, reports, and analytical processes.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- Proactively identify data quality issues and work with engineering teams to resolve them.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and visualization techniques.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with leading Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for dashboard and report development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
