Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse inventory using various picking methods (e.g., voice-picking, RF scanners, pick lists).
- Verify product identification, quantity, and quality to ensure order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (certification may be required or provided).
- Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and shelves.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand English for instructions and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic mathematical skills to count and verify quantities.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
