Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon their arrival, present menus, and inform them of daily specials or promotions with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system, offering recommendations and answering questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is prioritized at all times.
- Monitor guest tables regularly to ensure their needs are met, promptly clearing dishes and refilling drinks as necessary without being intrusive.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems, handle cash and credit card transactions, and manage change with precision.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tables, chairs, and dining spaces, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude, escalating issues to management when appropriate.

- Basic math skills and experience handling cash and processing payments
