Key Responsibilities
- Clean, trim, cut, and portion fish and seafood according to specifications.
- Operate and maintain processing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pack processed fish and seafood products into containers, ensuring proper labeling and sealing.
- Inspect products for quality, freshness, and adherence to safety standards.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, and maintain a clean work area.
