Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, trim, cut, and portion fish and seafood according to specifications.
  • Operate and maintain processing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Pack processed fish and seafood products into containers, ensuring proper labeling and sealing.
  • Inspect products for quality, freshness, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials, and maintain a clean work area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
  • Follow supervisors' instructions and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg/55 lbs) as required.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
