Job Description

You will handle inbound calls, address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information with a positive and helpful attitude. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and support to customers.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide effective, personalized solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively address inquiries.
  • Adhere to company guidelines, quality standards, and call center metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates.
