Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our vibrant showroom team in Didsbury, Manchester. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, guiding them through our extensive product range and helping them make informed purchasing decisions. This isn’t just about making sales; it’s about building lasting relationships, understanding individual needs, and providing an exceptional service experience from the moment they step into our showroom. You will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, showcasing products with passion and expertise. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and engage in proactive, consultative sales conversations.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, demonstrating features and benefits effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all lines.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, handle payments, and manage customer orders.
  • Ensure the showroom is immaculately presented, clean, and well-merchandised at all times.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving, checking, and displaying new products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
