Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care, assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administer medication as prescribed and meticulously record care provided.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging service users in activities and conversations.
- Assist with light household duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in the service user's health or well-being to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and care standards.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with service users, their families, and colleagues.
- Support service users in attending appointments and engaging in community activities where appropriate.
