Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Administer medication accurately and according to care plans, maintaining detailed records.
- Prepare nutritious meals, assisting with feeding as required, and managing dietary needs.
- Perform light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying living areas.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities, fostering mental and emotional well-being.
- Manage and maintain accurate care records, reporting any changes or concerns to the care management team.
- Facilitate social outings, appointments, and community engagement as per the client's wishes and care plan.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for the client.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
