Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform in-depth statistical analysis and develop predictive models to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Design and create compelling dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders, fostering data-informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to understand business needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and data quality enhancements.
  • Support the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and data governance policies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Expertise in at least one statistical programming language (Python or R).
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining techniques.
