Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations and supervising housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Train new housekeeping team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance departments to coordinate room availability and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of room status, completed tasks, and staff assignments.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions or damage.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in cleanliness, organization, and customer service.
