Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Log, track, and manage all support requests using our ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and basic system navigation.
- Troubleshoot common operating system (Windows, macOS) and application (MS Office, business software) problems.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting, including verifying connectivity and assisting with Wi-Fi issues.
- Set up and configure new user workstations, including hardware installation and software deployment.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary, ensuring proper handover and follow-up.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.
- Actively participate in training sessions and self-development to enhance IT skills and knowledge.
