Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to internal staff, addressing hardware, software, and network-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations, laptops, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Perform routine system monitoring, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and uptime of IT systems.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and network equipment.
  • Document IT procedures, solutions to common problems, and user guides to contribute to a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary, ensuring clear and concise communication of problems and steps taken.
  • Support network infrastructure maintenance, including cabling, patch management, and basic network device configuration under supervision.
  • Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and access permissions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand IT knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to company IT policies, security protocols, and best practices to safeguard data and systems.

Required Skills
