Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-set support for various media shoots, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
  • Organize and maintain production spaces, equipment inventory, and storage areas.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and managing production documents.
  • Support post-production processes, including file management, logging footage, and basic editing assistance.
  • Run errands and provide logistical support as needed to facilitate smooth production operations.
  • Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and pre-production meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company guidelines on set and in the studio.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications
