Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming studio equipment, props, and supplies.
  • Accurately record and update inventory levels using our digital tracking system.
  • Organize and maintain the studio's storage areas, ensuring items are easily locatable and stored safely.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation and breakdown of equipment for various studio projects and shoots.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with placing orders for supplies as needed.
  • Report damaged or missing items to the Studio Manager promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Support other studio operational tasks as required, contributing to overall team efficiency.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
