Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming studio equipment, props, and supplies.
- Accurately record and update inventory levels using our digital tracking system.
- Organize and maintain the studio's storage areas, ensuring items are easily locatable and stored safely.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation and breakdown of equipment for various studio projects and shoots.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with placing orders for supplies as needed.
- Report damaged or missing items to the Studio Manager promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Support other studio operational tasks as required, contributing to overall team efficiency.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
