Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, update, and maintain software applications across various systems.
- Monitor IT systems and networks for performance, security, and availability, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and user guides accurately and thoroughly.
- Manage IT asset inventory, including tracking hardware and software licenses.
- Support IT team with server room maintenance, cable management, and environmental monitoring.
- Assist in data backup and recovery operations as per established protocols.
- Participate in IT projects as assigned, contributing to system upgrades and new technology implementations.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license (for potential local site visits).
Preferred Qualifications
