Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues over the phone, email, and chat.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution using a ticketing system.
- Assist users with account setup, password resets, and software installation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Educate users on best practices for IT security and system usage.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
