Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, tidying, and meal preparation.
- Remind clients to take medication as prescribed (non-medical tasks).
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour to the supervisor.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients.
- Engage clients in stimulating activities like reading, games, or conversations.
- Adhere to care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided.
