Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, tidying, and meal preparation.
  • Remind clients to take medication as prescribed (non-medical tasks).
  • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients.
  • Engage clients in stimulating activities like reading, games, or conversations.
  • Adhere to care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided.
