Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medication reminders and administration, strictly following care plans.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities and conversations.
  • Support clients with mobility, transfers, and general movement around their home.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding where necessary.
  • Perform light household duties, such as tidying and laundry, to maintain a comfortable living environment.
  • Help with grocery shopping and other errands, ensuring clients have necessary supplies.
  • Accurately document care provided and report any changes in a client's condition or concerns to management.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain client dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.
