Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medication reminders and administration, strictly following care plans.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities and conversations.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and general movement around their home.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding where necessary.
- Perform light household duties, such as tidying and laundry, to maintain a comfortable living environment.
- Help with grocery shopping and other errands, ensuring clients have necessary supplies.
- Accurately document care provided and report any changes in a client's condition or concerns to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain client dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.
