Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently using a POS system.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as making sandwiches, pastries, and other light fare, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including dining spaces, kitchen, and restrooms, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stock and replenish inventory, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are readily available and properly stored.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Operate and clean cafe equipment, including coffee machines, blenders, and ovens, following safety guidelines.
