Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of designated areas to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV) to detect and prevent suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities accurately and thoroughly.
- Enforce site rules, regulations, and access control procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to visitors, staff, and the public.
- Complete daily shift logs and reports using designated software or manual systems.
- Work collaboratively with team members and emergency services when required.
- Undertake any necessary training and professional development as required by the role.
