Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates warmly and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Manage and maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments for staff.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone, and email.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and photocopying.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support internal teams with diverse ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested.
- Ensure compliance with company security procedures by monitoring visitor access.
Required Skills
