- Verify the authenticity of currency, chips, and checks, and report any suspicious activity immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, accounting for all transactions and discrepancies.
- Operate cash handling equipment, including cash recyclers, chip counters, and currency validators.
