Key Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain accurate records for client registrations, applications, and official documents.
  • Perform data entry, verification, and updates in various internal databases and registry systems.
  • Organize, file, and retrieve physical and electronic documents in a systematic and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures regarding record keeping.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to registry services, providing accurate information and support.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and correspondence as required by management.
  • Assist in auditing records for completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Safeguard confidential information and maintain the highest level of discretion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless information flow and operational efficiency.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries pertaining to registry services.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably within a registry or records management context.
