Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets from various marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM data) to identify performance trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas of concern.
- Develop, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate tests on ad copy, landing pages, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Generate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, providing insightful commentary, key takeaways, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign budgets, ensure efficient spend, and identify areas for cost optimization while consistently striving to exceed performance targets.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform and refine campaign strategy across all paid channels.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to test and refine ad creatives, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging platforms, algorithm changes, and new advertising technologies to ensure Career.zycto's strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Assist in forecasting campaign performance, setting realistic and data-backed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and developing strategic roadmaps.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing analysis, specifically with paid media campaigns (SEM, Social, Display).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar web analytics tools.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
