Key Responsibilities

  • Systematically classify, index, store, and retrieve organizational records.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, legal obligations, and internal information governance standards.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of records from creation through active use to secure disposition.
  • Safeguard sensitive and confidential information, ensuring data privacy and integrity.
  • Provide expert support and guidance to staff on best practices for records management.
  • Assist in developing and delivering records management training programs.
  • Utilize and manage records management software and digital document systems effectively.
  • Participate in the digitalization and migration of physical records as required.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to information requests from authorized personnel.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in records management, document control, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy laws, regulatory compliance, and information governance principles.
  • Proficiency in records management software (e.g., SharePoint, Laserfiche, or similar Document Management Systems).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
