Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, resolving inquiries and providing product information.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns/exchanges.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively and shelves are replenished.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and merchandising new inventory.
- Monitor product freshness and expiry dates, ensuring all items on display meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular cleaning and upkeep of the store premises, including aisles, checkout areas, and communal spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock control as needed.
- Support promotional activities and special events to boost sales and customer engagement.
