Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and provide correct change.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries or direct them to appropriate staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and assist with general store tidiness.
- Adhere to all cash handling policies and procedures.
- Assist with bagging purchases and ensure products are handled with care.
- Learn and apply product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.
