Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from various stakeholders using techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and use cases.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specification documents (FSDs), process flows, and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, project managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and are delivered effectively.
- Facilitate communication and serve as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of new solutions, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and achieve desired business outcomes.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and measure project success.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and business analysis methodologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
- Experience with process mapping and business process re-engineering.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, Agile certifications).
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
