Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and other designated areas of the restaurant.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring they are free of debris and spills.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and kitchen equipment.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly, ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Wash windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report needs to management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
