Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Career.zycto's products, services, and policies.
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
  • Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved customer issues to appropriate channels when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to positive customer feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
