Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage a busy appointment schedule, including booking, cancelling, and rescheduling patient appointments.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to enquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Process new patient registrations and update existing patient information accurately.
  • Handle patient queries and concerns with empathy, discretion, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information in line with GDPR.
  • Prepare and maintain patient files and administrative documents.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing enquiries.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-organised.
  • Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team as required.
