Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead videographers with camera setup, lighting, and sound equipment on location and in-studio.
- Support pre-production tasks, including equipment preparation, battery charging, and props organization.
- Manage and organize recorded footage, ensuring proper labeling and backup procedures.
- Assist with basic video editing, color correction, and sound syncing under supervision.
- Operate teleprompters, gimbals, sliders, and other production tools as directed.
- Maintain and clean all videography equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
- Run errands related to production needs, such as picking up props or equipment.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols on set and during equipment handling.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for projects.
- Provide general production support to ensure smooth operation of shoots.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of video production workflows and equipment.
- Familiarity with digital cameras (DSLRs/mirrorless) and their functions.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and file management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Physical stamina to carry and set up equipment when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.

- Portfolio or examples of personal video projects (even if amateur).
- Knowledge of basic lighting techniques.
