Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to foreign workers regarding their settlement, employment, and general inquiries.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of various documents, applications, and forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a primary point of contact, responding to phone calls and emails from foreign workers and directing complex issues to senior staff.
- Help foreign workers access local resources, including housing, banking, healthcare, education, and community integration programs.
- Maintain organized and confidential client files, both physical and digital, ensuring data integrity.
- Coordinate appointments, interviews, and orientation sessions for new arrivals.
- Support the team in organizing workshops and information sessions for foreign workers on various topics.
- Research and stay updated on changes in immigration policies, labor standards, and local services relevant to foreign workers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
