Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
- Develop detailed user personas, journey maps, and user flows to illustrate user interactions and experiences.
- Translate conceptual ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Define and refine information architecture, navigation systems, and interaction design patterns.
- Present and clearly articulate design decisions, rationale, and research findings to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and maintain a high level of usability.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and business requirements.
- Stay abreast of the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in leading UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding and application of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proven experience with various user research methods and analysis.
- Ability to create effective wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and site maps.
