Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the registration and administration of copyrights for musical works.
  • Maintain and update song databases, metadata, and catalog information with meticulous accuracy.
  • Support the royalty collection and distribution processes, including data entry and reconciliation.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel for publishing executives and team members.
  • Prepare professional presentations, reports, and correspondence.
