Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks on various fleet vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in diesel and gasoline engines, transmissions, suspensions, and braking systems.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle malfunctions accurately.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and digital records for all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development programs provided by the company.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
  • Assist in inventory management for parts and supplies.

Required Skills
