Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and prepare various products for shipment according to specific instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Label packages correctly and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the packing area.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely after proper training (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly.
- Basic numeracy skills for counting and inventory checks.
