Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of various crops, including fruits, vegetables, and grains, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Sort, grade, and pack harvested produce according to quality standards and client specifications.
- Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Assist with field preparation tasks such as planting, weeding, and irrigation as required.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times during farm operations.
- Transport harvested produce from fields to storage or packing areas.
- Contribute to general farm maintenance, including cleaning and tidying work areas.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality control issues to supervisors promptly.
