Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the research, development, and implementation of health education programs and campaigns tailored to community needs.
  • Conduct community outreach and engagement activities to promote health awareness and program participation.
  • Prepare and disseminate clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate health education materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, digital content).
  • Facilitate and deliver engaging health workshops, presentations, and one-on-one education sessions to diverse groups.
  • Collect, organize, and assist in the analysis of health-related data to inform program planning and evaluation efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, local community partners, schools, and healthcare organizations to achieve program goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant feedback, and outcomes for reporting purposes.
  • Stay informed about current public health trends, research, and best practices relevant to community health education.
  • Provide support for grant applications and reporting as needed.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, Community Health, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking ability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
