Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, paid ads).
  • Coordinate content creation, including writing compelling copy, sourcing visuals, and scheduling posts for artist campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to marketing managers.
  • Support artist promotional activities, including media outreach coordination and event logistics.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing technologies.
  • Manage and organize marketing assets, ensuring they are accessible and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams (designers, videographers) to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing for marketing-related expenditures.
  • Engage with artist communities and fanbases online to foster positive relationships and gather feedback.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing or administrative role, preferably within the music, entertainment, or creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media platforms, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
